Help Us ‘Redd Up’ Downtown for the Summer!

Volunteer with us for Redd Up Week, April 15 – 21!

Join PDP, the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, Friends Of The Riverfront, and Western PA Conservancy for Redd Up Week.

We’re looking for 300+ volunteers to assist with a range of projects to beautify Downtown for the spring season, as we begin to welcome tens of thousands of people for events all summer long! It’s a great way to get fresh air and meet others, while making a difference in our neighborhood.

• Tues, April 16: 9am – 1pm – Parks Conservancy, 10 volunteers
  • Mellon Square and surrounding areas.
• Tues, April 16: 1 – 4pm – PDP, 30 volunteers
  • Penn Ave – outdoor dining platform, bike lane, tree grates
• Wed, April 17: 10am – 12pm – Friends of Riverfront, 20 volunteers
  • Riverfront trail care. Sign up.
• Thurs, April 18: 10am – 12pm – Western PA Conservancy, 10 volunteers
  • Street planter cleaning and planting
• Thurs, April 18: 1 – 4pm – PDP, 30 volunteers
  • General cleanup through Downtown
• Fri, April 19: 1 – 4pm – PDP, 30 volunteers
  • Allegheny Riverfront Park cleanup
• Sat, April 20: 10am – 2pm – PDP, 100+ volunteers
  • General cleanup through Downtown
• Sun, April 21: 10am – 2pm – PDP, 100+ volunteers
