Rock, Reggae, & Relief Benefit Festival

Monday, August 20, 2018

On Saturday, August 25 from 12:00 -10:00 p.m. Forbes Avenue will turn into an island oasis at the second annual Rock, Reggae, and Relief Benefit Festival. The streets will be filled with island vibes, themed food and drink, and live music every hour. The headliners include G. Love and Special Sauce, along with Donavon Frankenreiter, and a whole slew of other rockin’ acts!

Not only is this a fun event, but it benefits two special causes: the Caribbean islands that experienced hardships and heartache in fall 2017 after Hurricane Maria, including disaster relief in Puerto Rico. The second is Asking For Change, a campaign of the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership aimed at supporting local ministries and their daily services to people who may be homeless or individuals experiencing a crisis.

This fun and free event is open to anyone who is 21+ so make sure to tell your friends to meet you on Forbes Ave. for the ultimate staycation summer celebration! For a schedule of events click here.
