New 50/50 Bonus Program from the Gift Card Give Back Launches at Noon on May 7

Set a reminder for tomorrow at noon: for 24 hours starting at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, we’ll be providing a special 50% match on $50 gift cards to select businesses in Downtown and the Strip District!

This new incentive means that for $50, you can receive $75 to spend at 45 small businesses throughout Downtown and the Strip District, including restaurants, retailers, salons, and more at DowntownPittsburgh.com/GiftCard.

This limited-time offer provides a unique opportunity for you to receive a $75 gift card for a $50 investment in a business that may be ‘new to you’. Your purchases can truly help sustain small businesses through this challenging time, and you’ll find great products and services await you when you use your gift card.

The Gift Card Give Back was initially funded by the PDP and Strip District Neighbors (SDN) with additional support from the Nina Baldwin Fisher Foundation, WesBanco, McCaffery, HoustonHarbaugh, and several other individual sponsors. Recently, First National Bank also committed supportive funding to help sustain the Gift Card Give Back program.

The new bonus option will be available on the program website starting at noon on May 7 at DowntownPittsburgh.com/GiftCard, where you can also currently shop all available businesses with the standard 25% match.
