Buddy’s Bar | Thursday and Friday, December 13 and 14
The Commoner will transform an event room within the hotel into a whimsical wonderland, hosting a holiday pop-up bar inspired by the movie ELF. Buddy’s Bar will pop up the weekend of December 13 and 14 opening at 5:30 p.m. both nights. Skip up the black and white steps and down the first-floor hallway. Hang a left through the candy cane forest, and you’ll land in a sea of swirly twirly gumdrops, straight from the imaginations of The Commoner’s creative team.

Lead Bartender Alex Dando is sure to be slinging the most creative cocktails this side of the North Pole & Lincoln Tunnel inspired by Buddy’s 4 essential food groups (candy, candy canes, candy corn, and syrup), ELF characters, and famous lines from the movie. Go for the Instagrammable interior, walk into the life-sized holiday card, and holiday toast with Dando’s wildly garnished and totally tasty cocktails.
