EQT Children’s Theater Festival @ Home

Starting this Thursday, May 14 through Sunday, May 17, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust is hosting its 34th annual EQT Children’s Theater Festival digitally with a variety of family-friendly activities in place of its traditional in-person festival.

Digital engagement opportunities were created specifically for the festival to amplify the work of many local organizations creating and distributing content for young audiences and families. Activities include a live music open mic on Zoom with the Sunburst School of Music, an Interactive Writing Workshop, an Origami Workshop. Additionally, have fun with an at-home Frog Stop Scavenger Hunt that’s open now. 

Enjoy four days full of virtual learning and activities, opportunities to engage with featured performing artists, special performances, and more. Activities are free, but advance registration is required.
