Three Rivers Arts Festival Returns June 3

Look forward to 10 days of live music, dance, theater, gallery exhibitions, public art, creative activities, the artist market, and much more!

The 63rd annual Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival is back this Friday with one of the most diverse lineups of performing and visual art attractions in its history. The festival, taking place in the Cultural District, welcomes hundreds of artists from throughout the region and around the globe.

This year, the majority of the festival is located within a few blocks of each other, between 7th Street and 9th Street, making it a more pedestrian-friendly layout. View the festival map.

The Dollar Bank Main Stage will be located at the intersection of 9th & Penn, hosting the featured music concerts including GRAMMY-Award winning Cory Henry. The Backyard at 8th & Penn will feature a variety of performances including STREB EXTREME ACTION, MacArthur Award-winning choreographer Elizabeth Streb. The Backyard will also feature a variety of artistic installations, including a new mural by artist Naomi Chambers. 

Plus, stop by SPACE at 812 Liberty Ave for the annual Juried Visual Art Exhibition, The Artist Market on Penn Ave and Ft Duquesne Blvd, and the Giant Eagle Creativity Zone at the Trust Oasis.

ParkPGH is a very useful application available on the iPhone, the web, text messaging, and a call-in service. It supplies real-time information about parking availability in all Cultural District garages, calculating the number of available spaces every 30 seconds. Learn more here.

The City of Pittsburgh was one of the first cities to introduce multi-space meter parking citywide.  These high-tech, easy-to-use meter systems allow Downtown visitors to park closer and more conveniently to their desired destination. 

NOTE: Street parking is free on Sundays and after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday at metered, on-street spots in Downtown.
