Get a Taste of Downtown Living with the Views & Brews Tour!

Are you a real-estate aficionado? Curious about urban living? Love craft beer and walking tours? Then you don’t want to miss the Views & Brews Downtown Living Tour on October 12!

For curious or ‘nebby’ folks, the Views & Brews Tour gives ticket-holders an inside look at some of the most outstanding living options and amenities available in Downtown. Pittsburgh. Select properties will also offer craft beer tastings from some of the city’s most beloved local breweries!

Tour Details

Tours will kick off at the Steel Garden at 600 Grant Street, where participants will sign-in for their designated time slot and tour option. All tours will start and end at the US Steel Tower Beer Garden.

  • Thursday, October 12
  • 4 – 8 PM
  • Start and end location: US Steel Tower Beer Garden
  • Tickets are $15 (+$2.35 service fee)

The event will provide tour-goers with inside views of the common spaces, amenities, and a model home at each of the participating properties:

  • The Residences at the Historic Alcoa Building
  • Encore Apartments
  • Century Building
  • Eighth & Penn
  • MaGinn Lofts
  • Lumiere
  • Piatt Place Downtown
  • Market Square Place
  • The Carlyle
  • Kaufmann’s Grand on Fifth

To enhance the experience, select properties will also offer beer tastings, featuring delicious craft brews from Aslin Beer Co., Brew Gentlemen, Cinderlands, and SlyFox.

The Party Doesn’t Stop When the Tour Ends!

After the tour, head over to US Steel Plaza for the Views & Brews Party! Between 4-9 pm, enjoy live music by Byron Nash and an incredible selection of craft beers! 🎶🍻

Spaces on the Views & Brews Tours are limited – buy your tickets today! The Views & Brews Party is free and open to the public.
