News: Century Realty Announces Successful Sale of 308 Seventh Avenue

Century Realty Represents Sellers (Baird) in Downtown Pittsburgh Office Building Sale, Retained by New Ownership for Leasing Services

February 24, 2025 – Century Realty is pleased to announce the successful sale of 308 Seventh Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15222.  Representing the Sellers in this transaction, Century Realty facilitated a smooth sale to TGY Partners, a Pittsburgh-based real estate firm, who plan to enhance the building’s position in the market.  “We are excited to expand our presence in Downtown with the acquisition of our second office building. We look forward to working Jessica and her team to honor the legacy of the Hefren-Tillotson Building while bringing new energy and vision to this historic space.” said Yang Zhang, one of the partners of the firm.

As part of the transition, the new ownership has retained Jessica Jarosz (Demi) to oversee leasing efforts, ensuring continued occupancy and long-term value for the property.  The 4-story/18,000 square foot building located next to a public parking garage and a few minutes’ walk to the historic Duquesne Club, will be 100% vacant and available for lease with naming rights and signage for an anchor tenant.  The property can be available for a single-tenant or multiple tenants.
