New Roost “Pop Up” Small Scale Weddings Offer All-Inclusive Solution for Couples

With so much uncertainty, the COVID-19 Pandemic has completely derailed wedding plans for couples, forcing many to push their wedding date out further and further.  

Roost has partnered with Pittsburgh Officiants, Bethel Bakery, Allison McGeary Floral & Event Design, Tasty Bakery, Kelli Burns DJ Entertainment, and Tyler Norman Photography to provide new Pop Up Wedding packages, an elevated and effortless full-service wedding experience for low-guest-count events.

Three dates have been announced for January, February, and March, offering couples a dedicated timeslot. Weddings include up to 20 guests, however, the event size can be tailored to match the latest government and health requirements. Food and beverage packages can also be added upon request. 

The available dates are January 17, February 21, and March 7, with time slots for each wedding day including 1, 3, 5, and 7 p.m.

The wedding packages include a bridal bouquet and boutonniere, a ceremony backdrop with floral design, aisle décor, a ceremony officiant, one hour of photography coverage, a high-resolution gallery, printing and sharing rights, cake and cupcakes, and one hour of DJ service.  

Roost’s on-site wedding coordinator and team of vendors take care of the heavy lifting of managing all the details and décor, making an effortless and affordable experience for the couple. 

Exclusive, intimate events are nothing new for Roost. The venue, offering 6,000+ square feet with an urban-rustic vibe, mood lighting and a cityscape backdrop is known for its signature small parties, chef’s tables and nontraditional weddings. 

Roost is located adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown. Guests can have a clean and contact-less experience by opting for on-site accommodations with integrated parking and expanded cleaning protocols. Room blocks and packages are available.
