The 350 Oliver Avenue Parking Garage is opening to the public, today, Monday, November 27. Through joint efforts of Millcraft Investments, McKnight Realty Partners and Alco Parking Corporation, the garage will be free after 5:00 p.m. on weeknights and all day on weekends now through and including Sunday, December 24.
Located at 350 Oliver Avenue the entrance is accessible from two main arteries in Downtown, Pittsburgh -Smithfield Street and Wood Street.

350 Oliver Avenue Parking Garage is the first completed phase of redevelopment of the former Saks Fifth Avenue department store, a joint venture with Millcraft Investments and McKnight Realty Partners. Opening in Spring of 2018 is Fogo de Chão, a Brazilian Steakhouse and the construction of phase two, Lumière is slated to begin around that same time.
