Join Dr. Patrick Spero at the Fort Pitt Museum for a lecture where he will discuss his book “Frontier Country: The Politics of War in Early Pennsylvania.” Points of discussion include the conflicts in the 1770s when Pennsylvania and Virginia fought over control of Fort Pitt and Dunmore’s War, a war Virginia waged against Shawnee Native Americans for control of the Ohio. Spero will sign copies of his book following the lecture. $10 for adults, $5 for students and History Center members; please register online
