I Am Not Invisible Photography Exhibit & Reception in Celebration of Women Veterans

On June 14, 2019, Adagio Health welcomed 56 women veterans to the Veterans Leadership Program to take part in a photo shoot as part of a national campaign called “I Am Not Invisible” (IANI).  IANI is designed to recognize and elevate women veterans—many of whom report feeling “invisible” in comparison to their male veteran counterparts. The photo shoot brought together women from different military branches, ranks, ages, ethnicities, backgrounds and sexual orientations.

On November 6th, the celebration continues with a photography exhibit and reception at the Senator John Heinz History Center from 6pm to 9pm. Along with the reveal of participants’ portraits, we will also feature a special series of “behind the scenes” photographs that help to capture the importance and meaning of this unique campaign centered on women veterans.
