Jan 27, 2022 - Jan 27, 2022 | 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm
Virtual Event by World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh

How does assisting vulnerable populations and developing countries intersect with promoting the national interests of the United States? In this event hosted by the World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh in partnership with the U.S. Army War College, panelists discuss the critical impact of soft power abroad, as well as the importance of racial equity inside and outside America in creating a more prosperous world for all. Reverend Paul Abernathy, CEO of the Neighborhood Resilience Project, and U.S. Army War College representatives Mike Rossman and Colonel Kevin Payne join this timely conversation moderated by Megan Andros, Senior Program Officer at The Heinz Endowments, in “Toward a Better, Safer, More Resilient, and More Prosperous World” on January 27, 2022, 12:30PM EST.
