In this performance-based workshop, experience a variety of creative drama games, including group storytelling and tableau, intended to promote a broader perspective and increase empathy. Explore how arts integration may be utilized to promote positive social emotional learning and develop “soft” skills essential to all students’ success. You will also have an opportunity to consider how they might integrate creative drama into your own classroom and leave with game instructions and sample lesson plans.
