The Bridge Series

The Bridge Series visits City of Asylum at Alphabet City to celebrate the publication of the new anthology ‘Bullets Into Bells: Poets & Citizens Respond to Gun Violence’ (Beacon Press, 2017). Join them for an evening featuring readings by Vanessa German, Jhordan Price, Roshi Xing, Mysheree Key, and Silas Maxwell Switzer!

The Bridge Series’ guest organization will be Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America. The reading will be moderated by Brentin Mock and followed by a Q&A session led by Ellen McGrath Smith: Gina Pelusi (Moms Demand Action), Brentin Mock (staff writer at CityLab, former justice editor at Grist), Brian Clements (editor, Bullets Into Bells: Poets & Citizens Respond to Gun Violence).
