Today we celebrate Rachel Carson's birthday with children's book author Cynthia Wylie. We’ll start with a story time to hear her newest book Bloomer's Island: The Great Garden Party. You can buy a copy of the book and have it signed by Cynthia. Then meet us outside in the Garden to taste yummy veggies, and plant your favorite to take home and grow on your own.
