California Cycle Path, a local North Side fitness studio, is excited to partner with the Fort Pitt Museum to “row through history.” Classes begin at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. These 45-minute classes will be led on-site at the Fort Pitt Museum by California Cycle Path’s Certified Indoor Rowing Instructors. Classed include a warm-up, form and technique drills, and an interval workout. No prior rowing experience is necessary. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Standard workout attire highly suggested. Please avoid baggy clothing. Fitness shoes with a flexible sole and heel support are recommended.
