The Pittsburgh CLO has collaborated with five writing teams inviting them to write songs in celebration of the new year. They then worked with choreographers to pick up the writing teams' creations and run with them, creating a commissioned dance, visual, or movement piece bringing you Songs for a New Year.

The five pieces are entirely different in content, style, and approach, but each engages with the complexity of this year and the year to come.
