This unique event features tours, craft beer tastings, and a party at the US Steel Tower Plaza, showcasing the finest residential properties in the Golden Triangle along with tasty brews from some of the city’s favorite local breweries. It’s a unique opportunity for ‘nebby’ folks to discover incredible condominiums, apartments and amenities available in the heart of the city.

As a special treat, Views & Brews tour participants and party attendees will have the chance to enter a raffle for an exclusive rooftop tour of the iconic US Steel Tower building. Up to 30 lucky winners will gain access to breathtaking views of the city from Pittsburgh’s tallest building.

Rooftop tours will take place between 8-9 pm on October 12 and are weather permitting. Raffle winners must be present to claim their spot on the tour.

All selected participants will be required to observe the following rules:

Access to the US Steel Tower Rooftop is permitted only to those having read and signed the Release of Liability and Covenant Not to Sue. Copies will be made available to all guests upon arrival. Tours can be called off at any time due to inclement weather conditions including high winds and moisture. The roof surface can be slippery when damp or wet and rubber soles are highly recommended. With a large number of guests wanting to experience the rooftop view, kindly depart promptly when your escort indicate time is up. Please follow these rules to encourage a safe experience for all guests.

• Persons under 18 are not permitted on the tour
• Persons with Pacemakers are prohibited as there are active antennas on the roof
• No food or beverage items are permitted on the roof or tour
• All guests are prohibited from touching any rooftop antennas, cameras, or associated wiring and
• equipment
• Be aware of tripping hazards (e.g. roof vents, gutters, drains etc.) and be mindful of roof
• surfaces at all times
• Only flat shoes are permitted; spiked/pointed heel shoes are prohibited as they damage the roof
• Do not place anything on the perimeter railing as items could be pushed or blown off causing
• serious harm at the street level
• Hold all cameras, phones, etc. behind the railing at all times
• Do not stand on the base of the railing or the rails themselves and do not lean over the railing
• Do not throw or drop anything from the roof
• Stay within the designated area at all times
