Celebrate the 2019 Pittsburgh Veterans Day Parade

Sunday, November 3, 2019

This Saturday, November 9 at 10:30 a.m., the 100th Annual Pittsburgh Veterans Day Parade will be stepping off down Liberty Avenue marching through Downtown to Point State Park.

Retired Army 1st Sgt. William Staude, of Elliott, Pa., salutes soldiers from the 316th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, stationed in Coraopolis, Pa., as they march past him during the Veterans Day parade in downtown Pittsburgh, Nov. 11.

All branches of the United States Military, along with veterans of WWII, prominent veteran service organizations, and high school bands will be featured in this year’s parade, with the 911th Airlift Wing leading for the first time.

Expect road closures early Saturday morning along the route, along with public transit detours still to be announced. Coming into town for the parade? Plan your trip here
