Have to Visit: Penn Brewery Taproom Now Open

Joining the Downtown bar scene is Penn Brewery’s taproom, located at 423 First Avenue on the ground floor of the First Ave Lofts.

Customers will be able to order a dozen draft beers from the mother site, Penn Brewery on the North Side, and growlers and bottles of Penn products will be available to go. There also will be draft cider as well as Pennsylvania wines and spirits. The food menu is small but mighty, featuring Bavarian pretzel sticks with cheese, three pretzel roll sandwiches, wings, giardiniera, and mixed nuts.
