New Spark at Bae Bae’s Kitchen

Bae Bae’s Greenhouse, is one of two pilot parklets, aka Sparks, selected as part of the
City of Pittsburgh’s 2018 Spark Pilot program. The Spark program aims to create safe, active complete streets by creating extensions for sidewalk activities in existing parking spaces. Located at 951 Liberty Avenue and sponsored by
Bae Bae’s Kitchen the Spark is open to the public and provides a lush setting for seating and gathering. Additionally the Greenhouse has some excellent environmental benefits! Learn more by visiting

The Greenhouse is sponsored by
Bae Bae’s Kitchen, with construction and maintenance is funded by the
Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership. It was designed by
Merritt Chase, a Pittsburgh-based landscape architecture and urban design firm, and fabricated by
Technique Architectural Products.
