Reimagined Outdoor Spaces Come to Downtown

Tuesday, June 16, 2020

We’re teaming up with the City of Pittsburgh, business owners, Michael Baker International, Traffic Planning and Design, the Port Authority, and the Pittsburgh Parking Authority to expand outdoor seating and sidewalks in Downtown to allow easier and safer ways to enjoy your favorite restaurants.

Currently open, look for new outdoor seating options along 6th Street in the Cultural District. Stay tuned as we explore additional opportunities around the neighborhood in the coming weeks.

Funding for these efforts is supported by the Richard King Mellon Foundation’s COVID-19 Economic Impact and Recovery Grant.
