2022 Father’s Day Gift and Event Guide

Experience a day with Dad in the Burgh! Celebrate Father’s Day in Downtown with the many events and specials that the city has to offer. Find outdoor fun, live performances, delicious bites, and more for the entire family!  

Events, Happenings & Other Things to Do:

Fathers Day Bucco Banger:

1:30 p.m.

This year for Fathers Day, the Pittsburgh Pirates are facing off against the San Francisco Giants! During the game, they will also be hosting a Kids Day and a Baseball Batting Cap giveaway! All Dads in attendance with their children will both receive a free Pirates Baseball Cap. 

Gateway Clipper Father’s Day Cruise:

4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Bring Dad out for a relaxing Father’s Day cruise aboard the Gateway Clipper! Enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet, full-service bar, and in-house DJ entertainment while taking in the sights of the Three Rivers!

Hard Rock Café Father’s Day Jazz Brunch and Drinks:

11:00 a.m.

Cheers to Dad at the Hard Rock Café with an ice cold, smoked High West Whiskey Old Fashioned, made in-house for this special day! While enjoying your drink take in the sounds of smooth jazz paying tribute to Steely Dan!

Father’s Day Brunch at the National Aviary:

11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

The National Aviary is back again this year with their delicious Father’s Day BBQ Brunch prepared by Chef Josef Karst and Atria’s Specialty Catering. After dining, enjoy everything else the Aviary has to offer!

The Union Forge Vodka Bar Crawl:

June 13th – 19th

Take Dad out for a night on the town on the Union Forge Vodka Father’s Day Bar Crawl! Make stops at these three of Downtown’s best drinking spots for special craft beverages made using Pennsylvania’s own vodka and giveaways anytime from June 13th through the 19th!
