PennDOT District 11 is announcing an overnight ramp restriction on westbound I-376 (Parkway East) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Thursday night, November 21 weather permitting.
A single-lane restriction will occur on westbound I-376 ramp to the West End (Exit 69C) from 8 p.m. Thursday night until 4 a.m. Friday morning as crews from Pike Telecom & Renewables, LLC conduct manhole inspection work for Verizon.
Eastbound I-376 Parkway West Shoulder Closure Monday in Robinson and Collier
PennDOT District 11 is announcing shoulder closure on eastbound I-376 (Parkway West) in Collier and Robinson townships, Allegheny County, will occur Monday, November 18 weather permitting.
A shoulder closure will occur on eastbound I-376 between the I-79/Erie/Washington (Exit 64A) and Carnegie (Exit 65) interchanges and the associated ramps from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday as crews conduct drainage repairs. Additionally, as work is conducted, a shoulder restriction may occur as needed on Boyce Run Road and Campbells Run Road near the interchanges.

Route 51 Ramp to Southbound I-79 Closure Friday Night Through Sunday Morning in Robinson Township
PennDOT District 11 is announcing the closure of the ramp carrying traffic from Route 51 (Coraopolis Road) to southbound I-79 in Robinson Township, Allegheny County will occur Friday, November 15 through Sunday, November 17 weather permitting.
The ramp carrying traffic from Route 51 to southbound I-79 will close to traffic from 7 p.m. Friday night through 6 a.m. Sunday morning to allow crews to conduct concrete slab replacement work. Ramp traffic will be detoured.
Additionally, the Neville Island (Exit 65) ramp that carries traffic from northbound I-79 to Grand Avenue will reopen to traffic at 7 p.m. Friday, November 15 in order to accommodate the detour route for the Route 51 to southbound I-79 ramp closure. The ramp could reopen to traffic earlier if work is completed sooner.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing lane restrictions for rumble strip and raised pavement marking installation and lighting work in both directions of Interstate 79 in Kennedy, Robinson, and Neville townships, and Glenfield Borough, Allegheny County will begin Tuesday, November 5 weather permitting.
Single-lane restrictions will occur in both directions of I-79 between the Route 60 Crafton/Moon Run (Exit 60) interchange and the Neville Island Bridge each weeknight from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. through mid-November. However, work will not begin until 8 p.m., tonight, Tuesday, November 5.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing deck repair work on the northbound Interstate 79 Neville Island Bridge in Robinson and Neville townships, and Glenfield Borough, Allegheny County will occur Friday through Monday, November 1-4 weather permitting.
A single-lane restriction will occur in the northbound I-79 lanes on the Neville Island Bridge between the Route 51/Neville Island (Exit 65) and the Route 65/Emsworth/Sewickley (Exit 66) interchanges from 7 p.m. Friday night continuously through 6 a.m. Monday morning to allow crews to conduct deck repair work.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing the closure of the northbound I-79 off-ramp to Neville Island in Neville Township, Allegheny County will begin Monday, October 7 weather permitting.
Beginning at 7 p.m. Monday night, the Neville Island (Exit 65) ramp that carries traffic from northbound I-79 to Grand Avenue will close to traffic around-the-clock through Monday, November 25 as crews conduct deck repair work. All ramp traffic will be detoured.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing lane restrictions on Steubenville Pike (Route 60) in Robinson Township, Allegheny County will begin Monday, September 9 weather dependent.
Crews will conduct concrete patching, milling and paving, as well as island, sidewalk, and curb work along Steubenville Pike between Lorish Road and Old Steubenville Pike. There will be single-lane restrictions in both directions through early November according to the following schedule:
Monday to Thursday nights – 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
7 p.m. Friday continuously through 6 a.m. Monday mornings

PennDOT District 11 is announcing gas line work on McGovern Boulevard (Route 51) in Crescent Township, Allegheny County will occur Monday, September 9 weather permitting.
Single-lane alternating traffic will occur on Route 51 between Purdy Road and Spring Run Road weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and weeknights 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through early November. Flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone.
Route 3104 McKees Rocks Bridge Lane Restrictions Continue in Pittsburgh and McKees Rocks
PennDOT District 11 is announcing lane restrictions will continue on Route 3104 (McKees Rocks Bridge) in the City of Pittsburgh and McKees Rocks Borough, Allegheny County.
The McKees Rocks Bridge will continue to utilize a single-lane of traffic in each direction. Crews will continue to use an alternating traffic pattern along the bridge as needed weekdays from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. through June 2025 to conduct various operations. Flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone.
The $38.6 million McKees Rocks Bridge preservation project extends between Route 51 (Island Avenue) and Route 65 (Ohio River Boulevard) and includes sidewalk replacement, sidewalk support steel repairs, sidewalk railing painting, full-depth concrete pavement reconstruction of the road and two ramps at Helen Street, ADA curb ramp installation, approach pavement work at intersections of Routes 65 and 51, barrier replacement and upgrade, deck overhang and spall repair, railroad fencing installation, and other miscellaneous construction. As work occurs, traffic will be reduced to a single lane in each direction. The overall project is anticipated to conclude in the fall of 2025.
Route 3077 Beaver Grade Road Improvement Work Begins Monday in Moon Township
PennDOT District 11 is announcing roadway improvement work on Beaver Grade Road (Route 3077) in Moon Township, Allegheny County will begin Monday, August 5 weather permitting.
Single-lane alternating traffic controlled by flaggers will occur weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through late November on Beaver Grade Road between Montour Run Road and University Boulevard in Moon Township.
Improvement work on this $5.63 million group paving job includes drainage work, milling and paving operations, and other various construction related activities.
Crews from A. Liberoni Inc. will conduct the work.
Route 60 Steubenville Pike Restrictions Extended in Allegheny County
PennDOT District 11 is announcing lane restrictions on Steubenville Pike (Route 60) in Robinson Township, Allegheny County have been extended.
Single-lane and shoulder restrictions will occur on northbound Steubenville Pike between the I-79 north and south interchange ramps around-the-clock through early November to allow crews to conduct overhead bridge substructure repair work. The restriction could be lifted earlier if work is completed sooner.
Work on this $14.97 million highway restoration project in Robinson and Kennedy townships began in early April. The project begins at the I-376 Airport/Pittsburgh (Exit 59 A/B) interchange and continues approximately one-half mile north of the Route 60 Moon Run/Crafton (Exit 60 A/B) interchange. Work includes concrete pavement patching, guide rail and cable barrier replacement, highway lighting and signing updates, drainage work, pavement markings and other miscellaneous construction activities on mainline I-79 and ten ramps (four at the I-376 interchange and six ramps at the Route 60 interchange). There will be bridge preservation work on six structures (northbound and southbound I-79 bridges over I-376, Route 60, and Campbells Run Road), including concrete deck overlays, replacement of seals at expansion dams and deck joints, substructure concrete repairs, cleaning of bridge bearings and spot painting of the northbound and southbound I-79 steel I-beam bridges over I-376. The majority of the roadway work along mainline I-79 will be performed under short-term, single-lane closures during nighttime restrictions. There will be long-term lane restrictions in place for the bridge work, including six weekend-long lane restrictions. Additionally, there will be milling and paving operations on Route 60 between Lorish Road and Old Steubenville Pike, preservation work of six existing sign structures (one on northbound I-79 and five on southbound I-79) as well as concrete repairs and scour protection of two arch culverts underneath mainline I-79 and several ramps. The project is anticipated to conclude in the late spring of 2025.
