PennDOT District 11 is announcing overnight single-lane and shoulder closures on I-376 (Parkway East) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Sunday through Tuesday nights, November 24-26 weather permitting.

Single-lane and shoulder closures on I-376 will occur in each direction between the Fort Pitt Bridge and Squirrel Hill Tunnel Sunday through Tuesday nights from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. as needed. Crews from Bonder Technical Services will perform LED lighting installation.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing overnight utility work on eastbound I-376 (Parkway East) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Thursday night, November 21 weather permitting.

A single-lane closure will occur on eastbound I-376 near the Grant Street (Exit 71A) exit from 9 p.m. Thursday night until 5 a.m. Friday morning as crews from the Duquesne Light Company conduct conduit replacement work under the Smithfield Street Bridge.

I-376 Parkway East Ramp Restriction Thursday in Wilkinsburg

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing a ramp restriction on I-376 (Parkway East) in Wilkinsburg Borough, Allegheny County, will begin Thursday, November 21 weather permitting.

A minor ramp restriction on the ramp from Wilkinsburg/Route 8/Route 30 to eastbound I-376 will occur from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday as crews conduct ITS removal work.

Squirrel Hill Tunnel Overnight Inlet Cleaning Begins Sunday Night in Pittsburgh

PennDOT District 11is announcing inlet cleaning activities in the Squirrel Hill Tunnel in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Sunday through Wednesday nights, November 17-20.

Single-lane restrictions will occur in the Squirrel Hill Tunnel each night from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. in the following directions:

• Sunday and Monday nights – Outbound (eastbound)
• Tuesday and Wednesday nights – Inbound (westbound)

Route 885 Boulevard of the Allies Overnight Ramp Closures Next Week in Pittsburgh

​PennDOT District 11 is announcing overnight ramp closures on the Boulevard of the Allies (Route 885) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will begin Monday night, November 18 weather permitting.

The following ramps will close to traffic Monday through Friday nights, November 18-22 for paint containment removal work:

• Southbound (outbound) Route 885 Boulevard of the Allies ramp to eastbound (outbound) I-376 Parkway East from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night
• Westbound (inbound) I-376 Parkway East to I-579 Boulevard of the Allies/Liberty Bridge (Exit 72B) from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night

Additionally, single-lane restrictions will occur in both directions of I-376 (Parkway East) from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night at the Birmingham Bridge.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing a single-lane restriction on eastbound I-376 (Parkway East) in Churchill Borough, Wilkins Township and the Municipalities of Penn Hills and Monroeville, Allegheny County, will begin Monday, November 18 weather permitting.

Starting Monday, a single-lane restriction on eastbound I-376 will occur between the Churchill (Exit 79B) and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Exit 85) exit as needed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Saturday, November 30 as crews conduct line painting, electrical work, and concrete sealing.

Outbound Squirrel Hill Tunnel Lane Restriction Thursday Night in Pittsburgh

PennDOT District 11is announcing a lane restriction in the outbound (eastbound) Squirrel Hill Tunnel (I-376) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Thursday night, November 14 weather permitting.

A single-lane restriction will occur in the outbound Squirrel Hill Tunnel from 10 p.m. Thursday night to 5 a.m. Friday morning to allow crews from the Wellington Power Corporation to conduct sandpipe system repairs.

Eastbound I-376 Parkway East Lane Restriction Lifted in Churchill, Wilkins, Penn Hills, and Monroeville

PennDOT District 11 is announcing the lane restriction on eastbound I-376 (Parkway East) in Churchill Borough, Wilkins Township and the Municipalities of Penn Hills and Monroeville, Allegheny County, has been lifted.

The long-term single-lane restriction on eastbound I-376 has been lifted and all lanes of traffic are now open between the Churchill (Exit 79B) and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Exit 85) exit.

• Westbound (inbound) I-376 Parkway East to I-579 Boulevard of the Allies/Liberty Bridge (Exit 72B) from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night

PennDOT District 11 is announcing inspection activities on the Route 30 Westinghouse Bridge in North Versailles Township and East Pittsburgh Borough, Allegheny County will begin Friday, November 1 weather permitting.

Single-lane restrictions will occur in each direction on the Route 30 Westinghouse Bridge as needed between Linden Avenue and Della Drive from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays through late November.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing utility work on eastbound I-376 (Parkway East) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Monday and Tuesday, November 4-5 weather permitting.

A single-lane closure will occur in the eastbound direction on I-376 between the Grant Street (Exit 71A) exit and the Liberty Bridge overpass from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. Crews from Frank J. Zottola Construction, Inc. will conduct work for Alcosan in the area.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing a lane and shoulder restriction on westbound I-376 (Parkway East) in Edgewood Borough and the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Saturday, November 2 weather permitting.

A single-lane and shoulder restriction on westbound I-376 between the Edgewood/Swissvale (Exit 77) interchange and the Squirrel Hill Tunnel will occur as needed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Crews will conduct pothole repairs.

Starting Sunday night, single-lane and shoulder closures will occur on I-376 in each direction between the Fort Pitt Bridge and Squirrel Hill Tunnel from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly, with the exception of Friday and Saturday nights, through Thursday night, November 14. Crews from Bonder Technical Services will conduct light pole work.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing lane restrictions on I-376 (Parkway East) in Churchill Borough, Wilkins Township and the Municipalities of Penn Hills and Monroeville, Allegheny County, will occur Friday night through Monday, November 1-4 weather permitting.

I-376 will be reduced to a single-lane of traffic from 9 p.m. Friday night continuously through 5 a.m. Monday as crews conduct latex overlay work in the following locations:

• Westbound I-376 – Between the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Garden City Drive overpass
• Eastbound I-376 – Between the Garden City Drive overpass and the Monroeville (Exit 84A) exit

PennDOT District 11 is announcing inspection work on I-376 (Fort Pitt Bridge) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will occur Saturday morning, November 2 weather permitting.

Bridge inspection activities requiring a single-lane restriction on the Fort Pitt Bridge upper and lower decks will occur from 6 a.m. to noon Saturday. Associated on and off ramps may have minor lane restrictions, however, will remain open at all times.

Eastbound I-376 Parkway East Lane Restriction Underway in Penn Hills and Monroeville

PennDOT District 11 is announcing a lane restriction on eastbound I-376 (Parkway East) in the Municipalities of Penn Hills and Monroeville, Allegheny County is underway today, Wednesday, October 30.

Eastbound I-376 is currently reduced to a single-lane of traffic between the Monroeville/Business 22 (Exit 80) exit and Penn Hills on-ramp until approximately 3 p.m. today as crews conduct paving operations.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing a ramp closure on eastbound I-376 (Parkway East) in the Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County will occur Wednesday, October 30 weather permitting.

The eastbound I-376 off-ramp to Penn Hill (Exit 81) will close to traffic from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday as crews conduct asphalt paving operations. Traffic will be detoured.

A single-lane restriction will occur on the Parkway East in the eastbound direction between the Forbes Avenue/Oakland (Exit 72A) exit and Squirrel Hill/Homestead (Exit 74) interchange from 10 p.m. Tuesday night to 4 a.m. Wednesday morning. PennDOT crews will conduct electrical work on the signals near the Squirrel Hill Tunnel.
