Witness how artillerists at Fort Pitt prepared for cannon firings to defend the Point. Artisans such as tinners, turners, and blacksmiths will demonstrate and discuss how their trades contributed to 18th century artillery.

Cannon Firings

The Fort Pitt Museum cannon crew will fire the museum’s replica British six-pounder cannon throughout the day, weather permitting.
