Pittsburgh Monster Pumpkins PopUp

A special, 2020 version of the City's signature Fall festival, Pittsburgh Monster Pumpkins Festival, the Monster Pumpkins PopUp is a "drive-by only" event to observe mandated pandemic health and safety protocols.

It's a massive, drive-by, lit-at-night exhibit featuring the world-famous DILL’S  ATLANTIC GIANTS—the most prodigious breed of pumpkins on the planet—with world record weights well over 2,500 pounds! The featured display at the event is the 50-foot long x 10-foot deep carving of the region’s river fable creature known as the “Monongahela Monster.” The carving is part of continual display measuring  nearly half a football field long of painted and other carved pumpkins that together form one massively organic and overwhelmingly orange gallery of gourds.
