Savage Lands: A Colonial Comedy
By Timothy Ruppert
Directed by John E. Lane Jr.
In colonial Schenectady, sisters Penelope and Virginia struggle to survive now that Penny’s husband, Cecil, has been abducted by Mohawks (or run away with another woman, depending on your perspective). But just as a murderous criminal mastermind arrives in town, a letter from England reveals that Penelope has inherited a fortune. Should she stay in New York, close to the handsome Colonel Dallas and to a life of adventure, or sail for home? A romantic rival, a conniving smuggler, and a love-crazed turkey help the sisters to make the decisions of their lives.
