Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner

Celebrate Christmas with a festive four-course menu from chef Nick Saxon at Braddock’s Rebellion with items for all holiday tastes.  Starters include choice of Butternut Squash soup or Baby Green salad and appetizers including Lolli-pop Lamb Chops and charcuterie board are shared at the table.  Entree options include Pan-Seared Alaskan Halibut with roasted fingerlings; Gerber Farms Half Amish Chicken with parmesan-herb roasted potatoes; or Slow-Roasted Prime Rib with bourbon horseradish sauce and rosemary jus.  Topping off the evening are decadent dessert selections like Apple & Candied Walnut Tart or a Gingerbread and White Chocolate Trifle. 4-9 p.m.  $60 pp.  Reservations required.
