• Catch a complimentary showing of the new NFL Films documentary “The Football Town” at 7 and 9 p.m. inside Rangos Giant Cinema, home to the largest movie screen in Pittsburgh. Spaces limited to 250 per showing.

• Explore all five floors of the museum kid-free! Roam the Science Center after hours, including Sports360, our newest and largest exhibition.

• Enjoy specialty cocktails, mocktails, and foods that are perfect for any tailgate.

• Step up to the plate with the nostalgic video game series: Backyard Sports, made by local video game studio MegaCat Studios in partnership with UnityPGH.

• Dance the night away with DJ B-renn, the Official DJ for Pitt’s football and volleyball teams!

• Participate in interactive activities and demos to learn about all the science and math that goes into not only sports but the parking lot parties, as well.

• Hear from experts in their field of science!
  • 7:30 p.m. – Get into the chemistry behind making beer with Dr. Jeremiah Jamrom from Duquesne University.
  • 8:30 p.m. – Join Dr. Kevin Conley of Pitt to learn about the evolution of the athlete and the advances in science that help explain human performance.
