Carnival at the Cathedral

We’ll be serving an elevated pancake bar, inspired by Shrove Tuesday and thoughtfully done. Warm, indulgent, and abundant.

A bar will be available, with one complimentary drink included with each ticket, along with non-alcoholic options throughout the evening.

During the evening, we’ll pause briefly to burn the palms from last year’s Palm Sunday, preparing the ashes that will be used for Ash Wednesday the following day.

It’s a simple, grounded moment that connects the joy of the night with the season ahead. Celebration before contemplation.

As the night unfolds, the Cathedral will come alive with:

• Jazz music and dancing
• A balcony bead toss
• Raffles and an auction
• Photo opportunities to be crowned King or Queen of Carnival

Guests are welcome to mingle, dance, watch, or simply enjoy the atmosphere at their own pace.
