The brewery will be tapping Weihnachtsbier, its beloved Christmas Lager, known for its smooth amber body, malty base, and crisp, spicy finish (ABV 5.5% | IBU 28). It’s the perfect brew for cozy nights and festive gatherings.

?? Featured Pairing: Sauerbraten — tender beef marinated in red wine and German spices, served with red cabbage, buttered spätzle, a root vegetable garnish, and Haus-made Sauerbraten sauce.
