July's Keg Tapping Celebration!

JULY IS PILSNER & BURGER MONTH @ OUR HAUS!

“PILS” (Translation: Pilsner) | 5.4% ABV | 36 IBU
Bohemian-style pilsner is golden in color with a kicked-up presence of both malt and hops. The malt profile is slightly sweet and toasted, with a biscuit-like, bready character. Balanced with crisp and clean noble hops. Refreshing and satisfying…perfect for Summer!

YOU CAN ENJOY PILSNER WITH SOMETHING SWEET...OR SOMETHING SPICY!

Our Sweet Hawaiian Dunkel Burger is grilled and topped with provolone cheese, warmed Black Forest ham, diced pineapple and sweet Dunkel mayo. Finished with our Haus-made Dunkel glaze on a toasted brioche bun.

The Jalapeño Pimento & Bacon Burger is grilled and topped with rich, melted pimento cheese, two slices of bacon and chipotle mayo on our toasted pretzel bun. Finished with a whole roasted jalapeño garnish.

Both are served with fries and pair perfectly with a crisp, cool stein of Pilsner!

We'll also have the folks from UPMC Children's Hospital in the Haus to help us tap the keg and kickoff July's Pretzels For Pups fundraiser to help raise money for their Pet Therapy program! 

The Grkmans bring the live music vibes beginning at 6:00PM...the keg tapping parade starts at 7:00PM!!
