Breathe deep, stretch wide, and settle into the softness of summer. Meditation Garden returns for a four-part outdoor series held in the tranquil Sculpture Garden. Co-led by YOGAMOTIF teachers, this seasonal experience invites you to slow down and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with the moment. Over the course of four thoughtfully curated sessions, explore a wide range of meditation practices paired with gentle yoga asana, all designed to cultivate presence and creative intuition. Each 45-minute session is guided by a different YOGAMOTIF meditation practitioner, offering their own unique lens into body awareness, breathwork, and movement.

Prepare for this practice, with Sheba Gittens,  by bringing a yoga mat and wearing clothes that invite ease and free movement. Expect to move gently, listen inwardly, and rest deep.
