Breathe deep, stretch wide, and settle into the softness of summer. Meditation Garden returns for a four-part outdoor series held in the tranquil Sculpture Court. Co-led by YOGAMOTIF teachers, this seasonal experience invites you to slow down and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with the moment. Over the course of four thoughtfully curated sessions, explore a wide range of meditation practices paired with gentle yoga asana, all designed to cultivate presence and creative intuition. Each 45-minute session is guided by a different YOGAMOTIF meditation practitioner, offering their own unique lens into body awareness, breathwork, and movement.
Inside Out, Carnegie Museum of Art's free summer outdoor event series celebrates Pittsburgh’s rich cultural landscape with performances, live music, art-making, food, and drinks!
