The season culminates with the return of Michael Daugherty’s ode to Pittsburgh icon, Andy Warhol, in his piece, Fifteen. Hear how each movement transforms Warhol’s colorful creations into symphonic masterpieces, featuring the artist’s Portrait of Elizabeth Taylor (1964), Big Electric Chair (1967) and more.

Also, superstar Yefim Bronfman closes the season with Beethoven’s Fifth Piano Concerto, along with Stravinsky’s magical orchestral tale, Firebird.

Composer Michael Daugherty will be present for all performances.
