For more than 30 years, Israeli violin maker and luthier Amnon Weinstein, the son of a Holocaust survivor, has devoted his life to finding and restoring a collection of instruments played by Jewish musicians during the Holocaust. Join us for this once-in-a-lifetime experience as Pittsburgh Symphony musicians take center stage for an intimate evening of music in collaboration with the landmark Pittsburgh Violins of Hope community project.
Across the performance, the treasured collection of instruments and their stories, previously silenced, will be given voice in this specially curated program inspired by resilience, perseverance and hope.
Experience the awe of world-renowned artists up close and personal during these PSO360 concerts. Take your seat on stage at Heinz Hall and be transfixed by the flowing movements of the soloist’s artistry as they engulf you in their all-encompassing sound. Only 200 seats available, get yours today!
