"HEARTH would like to invite you to attend their 18th annual The Art of Wine and Food tasting event presented by Allegheny Financial Group. HEARTH’s signature fundraiser, ‘The Art of Wine & Food’ has been drawing guests from all parts of the Pittsburgh region for almost two decades. A unique venue, dozens of local vendors, and an evening on the town, what’s not to love!
HEARTH has been helping women with children who experience homelessness due to domestic violence or other trauma for over 20 years. We are the ONLY transitional housing program serving this population in Allegheny County. Our program and on-site housing allows women to work towards a common goal, becoming economically self-sufficient by completing an educational program or job training. While at HEARTH the women and their children have access to services such as: on-site food and clothing pantries, child care, technology and exercise rooms, and one on one guidance from our direct services coordinator, as well as benefits (such as counseling), from our many partnerships with other community non-profits.
The Art of Wine and Food is a wine and food tasting event scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2019. The Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh. This event attracts around 500 guests and many other restaurants such as Aviva Brick Oven, Aladdin’s Eatery, and Hartwood Restaurant. It is a first-class event in a fun setting, and guests and vendors come back year after year. Guests enjoy visiting the various food and wine tables, talking with friends, and bidding on silent auction items, as well as “playing” in the museum’s exhibits."
