Oktoberfest, a Pittsburgh Symphony Association (PSA) fundraiser held on October 3, 2019, will be an evening of authentic German food, exclusive German beers and bingo benefitting the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. Attendees get access to the historic Teutonia Männerchor, the members-only Club on the North Side.
The $75 ticket includes a buffet of authentic German cuisine and one drink ticket for wine, beer or a mixed drink. The event will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Entertainment will feature bingo, a strolling accordion player, 50/50 raffle and silent auction. This special event is limited to 140 persons. Must be 21 years of age or older.
The menu includes four German beers offered nowhere else in Pittsburgh: Fruh Kolsh, Andrechs Vollbier, Andrechs Doppelbock, and Hacker-Pschorr Weisse (may change based on availability). The buffet includes roasted pork, spaetzle, potato pancakes, red cabbage, assorted wursts, apple crisp, fresh soft pretzels, and more. Bingo games offer players unique opportunities to win prizes and raise funds for our Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.
Further details and links to purchase tickets are available at https://pittsburghsymphonyassociation.org. Deadline for reservations is September 27, 2019. Tickets for the evening may be charged to a credit card or purchased by check as directed on the PSA website.
