Starting with Roman Festivals, you will hear an ancient world filled with bloody gladiators and boisterous street performers, followed by a look into the towering Roman trees and the stories that they hold within them in The Pines of Rome.

Take a quick detour to the Iberian Peninsula alongside virtuosic violinist, María Dueñas, in Lalo’s impassioned Symphonie espagnole, painting a beautiful picture of Spanish culture. A new work by Jessie Montgomery co-commissioned by the PSO rounds out this robust final weekend for the 2022-2023 season.
