Hop into History: Homegrown

Apr 13, 2022 - Apr 13, 2022 | 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Heinz History Center
1212 Smallman St.
Pittsburgh, PA 15222

Kids ages 2–5 and their caretakers can explore the people, places, and stories that make Pittsburgh unique at the History Center’s fun and engaging Hop into History program series.

On April 13, dig into the story of how H.J. Heinz got his start in the condiment business. Play a matching game with foods he sold and plant tomato seeds to start your own home vegetable garden!

This in-person program at the History Center is designed for early learners ages 2-5 and their adult caretakers. Upon arrival, please check-in at the History Center Admissions Desk.
