Take Center Stage Gala

The August Wilson African American Cultural Center in Pittsburgh gratefully acknowledges Take Center Stage Presenting Sponsor UPMC and UPMC Health Plan who along with Corporate Chair Franco Harris, will lead this exciting event. We are thrilled to announce our Host Committee Co-Chairs, Cain and Denise Hayes, who with support from our Legacy Co-Chairs, Judy and Ron Davenport, will help to make this a night to remember. As the 2020 Take Center Stage Gala was postponed due to covid-19 restrictions, the Center is excited to join our chairs and host committee in welcoming guests back in-person for this spectacular event.

The evenings events will take place in two locations; the Cocktail Reception, Take Center Stage Performance, and Seated Dinner will take place at the Westin Convention Center, and the Encore After Party with post-show dessert reception will take place at the August Wilson African American Cultural Center.
