Savor Pittsburgh Culinary Series

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a beautifully curated Jubilee Hilltop Farm Dinner at Vallozzi's Downtown Pittsburgh.

Vallozzi's has partnered with Jubilee Hilltop Farms located in Osterburg, Pennsylvania to create a five-course menu featuring ingredients fresh from the farm. The main course will be paired with a hand selected wine.

This five-course menu features:

Appetizer: Crochetta-Battered Bread with Prosciutto Cotto, Fontina, Whipped Nduja Ricotta and Sunny Egg

Salad Course: Pork Liver Mousse, Rabbit Terrine, Arugula, Butter Lettuce, Mache, Charred Corn, Beets, Pickled Onions, Cured Egg Yolk, Gribiche Dressing

Pasta: Chittara Carbonara- Pork Belly, Pork Jowl, Rapini, Spring Peas, Cracked Pepper, Egg Yolk

Entree: Braised Short Rib, Creamy Orzo, Fried Leeks & Potatoes (Paired with a 2017 Ciacci Piccolomini Toscana Rosso)

Dessert: Bourbon-Blackberry Profiterole- Bourbon Zabaglione, Blackberry Jam, Candied Bacon
