Dina Clark has dedicated her 20+ year career to helping organizations and communities strengthen their diversity and inclusion efforts. She will reveal aha-moments from her own journey, as she transitioned from the nonprofit sector to her current role as head of diversity and inclusion at a global chemical company, Covestro. Clark will also share takeaways from Covestro's journey, demonstrating how leadership support, employee engagement and community building can pave the way for a more diverse, inclusive, innovative culture.
