Celebrate the 30th anniversary of one of the best action thrillers of the 1980s– the rough and rowdy Road House. The Rangos Giant Cinema’s top-notch projector and superb surround sound will elevate the blood-pumping action and all-star soundtrack of this cult classic to a whole new level of cinematic adventure.  This trailblazer for the “Good Bad” movie genre – films that are so bad, they’re good – will appear bigger, bolder, and better than ever.

Patrick Swayze portrays the mysterious, smooth James Dalton, a legendary bouncer with unflappable martial arts skills. At the Double Deuce, a refurbished road side bar in Jasper, MO, Dalton’s nights are filled with fast action, hot music, and beautiful women. It’s a dirty job, but somebody’s got to do it.

His gig takes a dangerous turn when he angers the town’s notorious racketeer, Brad Wesley, portrayed by Ben Gazzara. The people of Jasper live in fear of Wesley, but Dalton isn’t backing down in his fight to clean up the bar, save the town, and get his girl.

Quintessential western cool guy Sam Elliott stars as Dalton’s loyal comrade, Wade Garrett, and Kelly Lynch shines as the local trusted doctor and Dalton’s love interest. Produced by Joel Silver, the producer behind Die Hard and Lethal Weapon.
