Young Washington: An Evening with Peter Stark

Stark will discuss his research for the book, much of which took place in the archives of the History Center, the Fort Pitt Museum, and other institutions in Western Pennsylvania.

Doors will open for this program at 6 p.m., and attendees are welcome to explore the Clash of Empires: The British, French, and Indian War exhibition prior to the program. Admission to the full History Center is not included this evening.

Following the presentation, the author will be available to sign copies of his book, which will be available for sale.

Two levels of tickets are available: $10 general admission includes entry to the program and after-hours access to the Clash of Empires exhibition and $40 expanded admission includes entry to the program, after-hours access to the Clash of Empires exhibition, and a signed copy of “Young Washington: How Wilderness and War Forged America’s Founding Father.”
