One mile run with multiple heats. Our One for Fun heat is the largest for people of all ages. Subsequent heats will be progressively more competitive. The heat breakdown is as follows:

7:00 - One for Fun Wave 1

7:10 - One for Fun Wave 2

7:30 - Masters

7:40 - Unstoppable

7:55 - Elite Women

8:05 - Elite Men

Pre/Post Race in Market Square.
