Join the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra for a symphonic reading of The Music in George’s Head: George Gershwin Creates Rhapsody in Blue by Suzanne Slade with illustrations by Stacy Innerst. The orchestra will perform this well-known music portraying George Gershwin’s creative process as the book is read aloud and the gorgeous illustrations are projected above the stage.
