Amanda Zimmerman at the Children's Museum

Join the Children's Museum in the Art Studio for a scientific illustration (Nature drawing) demonstration by our visiting artist Amanda Zimmerman. Amanda has been illustrating bugs, plants, animals and even dinosaurs since she was 6 years old. What she wants others to derive from drawing nature is ' a personal sense of understanding the subject through observation. It is these connections that imparts a sense of responsibility to our natural world.'
